At CMCEO, we recognize and celebrate the strength and resilience of BIPOC communities in Central Minnesota. Our commitment is to provide support to the immigrant community by offering trainings and skills development opportunities to help them secure and retain employment. We also extend this support to young adults, connecting them with training and internship opportunities that align with their career goals.
Our skills training services include Adult English Language and Integration classes, Workplace Communication for Limited English Proficiency individuals, online learning skills for students and adults, and a summer program offering vocational training. Additionally, we have an after-school program serving 1200 students.
In addition to our skills training services, we offer technical assistance at our Community Center and La Cruz site office to assist with job placement and youth development. This includes resume building, job search and application support, interview preparation, FAFSA application assistance, scholarship search, and college application support. At CMCEO, we strive to empower and uplift the individuals and communities we serve
